Ask a question

You can ask a question about an apartment, other than availability or viewing, eg whether it has internet access, for instance. The link is beside the apartment name and the question goes direct to the right person. You should double check this when booking by adding a comment to the booking request.

Your enquiries and replies You will get a list of all your enquiries and replies automatically once you send one enquiry. This list is based on your email address and dates of stay.
Check availability The purpose of the enquiry form is to check availability and price. There is a separate enquiry form for each apartment, as different people manage different apartments.

What about...terms and conditions?

These depend on the apartment provider. The reply to your enquiry will link to a page which normally contains any terms and conditions.
How do I book?

The reply to your enquiry will contain a link to a secure page to book. If you do not wish to provide card details at this stage, you can put in 0000 for the credit card details, however it may delay your booking.

You may be required to sign and fax a written booking form also.
